The Design Capital Planning Group, Inc., of Smithtown, NY. The firm is a full service, independent financial planning and management consulting organization specializing in tax, investment, insurance, educational needs, retirement, estate and business planning. In addition, the firm consults in such areas as planned giving, executive compensation and employee benefit planning.
As President of Design Capital, Mr. Coletti currently holds the following licenses, registrations and designations: Registered Principal, Mortgage Brokerage, Life and Health Insurance Brokerage, Securities Brokerage, Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).

Licensed to offer securities and insurance, Ms. Fallica regularly conducts seminars on Retirement Planning and Money Management. Dedicated to providing quality service with a personal touch, Ms. Fallica will work with those individuals who are serious about their finances. Ms. Fallica served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Professional Financial Consultants as Vice President of Education and is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Ms. Fallica has lectured at Yale University on the subject: Practical Applications of Charitable Remainder Trusts."

Mr. Fallica regularly conducts seminars and teaches courses on Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Business Planning, and Charitable Estate Planning. In addition to his Financial Planning practice, Mr. Fallica serves on a number of Civic Associations. He is the Co-chair of the Business Outreach Committee of The Long Island Works Coalition. He is a member of and on the Executive Board for the Smithtown Schools, Industry Advisory Board. Mr. Fallica is also an active member of the Long Island Association, and serves on four of their committees. He is the former Executive Director of the Association of Professional Financial Consultants, and is a member of the Financial Planning Association, and the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants. Mr. Fallica also served as the Chairman of the Regional Advisory Council for America's Charities, Mr. Fallica, along with his wife Louise, regularly teach courses for Dowling College, on issues related to Money Management, Estate Planning and Charitable Giving.

Victoria Coletti is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM & Registered Financial Consultant with The Design Capital Planning Group, Inc. and President of Design Capital Leasing Corp. Mrs. Coletti has been active in management of financial services enterprises for over 30 years, is an expert in creative financing strategies and serves as Information Technology Supervisor for all Design Capital businesses. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

 


Patrick McGovern CFS, RFC, MBA
Patrick McGovern is a Registered Financial Consultant and Vice President of Organizational Compliance with The Design Capital Planning Group, Inc. As a Certified Fund Specialist, Mr. McGovern supervises all investment management activities and coordinates planning strategies for most of the firm clients, while maintaining communications with all related institutions. With a Masters degree in Banking & Finance from Dowling College, his entire professional career has been dedicated to financial planning services.

Yuki Ogino LUTCF, RFC
Yukiko Ogino, Registered Financial Consultant, Financial Planning Assistant, The Design Capital Planning Group, Inc., Smithtown N.Y. Fluent in four languages, Yukiko joined Design Capital in October 2001, having chosen this position over a similar one at the World Trade Center. Having studied abroad for years, Yukiko has graduated from her internship to Financial Planning Assistant in only four years, earned Life & Health licenses and the extremely difficult “Series 7”, all while studying for the LUTCF designations as well.
